This finely milled plant-based pressed powder leaves a soft-focus, light-filtering finish. Use it as a final step to set makeup, or alone to control shine and even out skin tone.

Directions

To set makeup or even out skin tone, tap any excess powder off and lightly dust over face with the Kjaer Weis Powder Brush.
To control shine, spot apply to areas of excess oil such as forehead, nose and chin.

To Refill:
Step 1 - Open up the compact, and turn it facing down. You will see a small hole below the label.
Step 2 - Using a pin, push through the hole until the used makeup cartridge is dislodged.
Step 3 - Insert the new makeup into the compact. The refill carton can be recycled, and your Kjaer Weis makeup is now ready to use!

Kjær Weis is an innovative cosmetics line created by Danish-born, New York-based makeup artist Kirsten Kjær Weis.

“Ultimately what I wanted to achieve was an alternative that fused beautiful color, texture and design with organic non-harmful formulas. I think it’s the way forward.” - Kirsten Kjær Weis

Kirsten was very clear with her intention when creating her range, “I wanted something unique and modern, but also socially responsible.” She collaborated with award-winning creative director Marc Atlan to produce the existing design: Red lacquer, grain-textured cases that look like little jewelry boxes were chosen to house bold metal compacts with white enamel “KW” logos.

Each compact comes with your chosen color, and refill pans are available in simple paper cartons that are fully recyclable. Even the refills are beautifully designed. The goal is to maintain both sustainability principles and a high standard of design. “The visual and aesthetic parts of daily life are vitally important to me. Consciously or unconsciously, design affects us all,” says Kirsten.
