Liddy Romero is a 4th generation baker and entrepreneur and Latina-owner of Romero Mexican Wedding Cookies. She has loved her dad's cookies for as long as she can remember, so after a year of change in 2024, she turned her attention to what brings her joy - sharing her heritage through food, celebration, and giving. Romero makes in small-batches three types of Mexican cookies, beautifully packaged and ready to be gifted or for your gathering table.
