In the shower or bath, wet your skin thoroughly to prepare for cleansing. The warm water helps open pores, allowing the gentle blend of aloe, coconut, calendula and spruce oils to work effectively.
Pump a small amount into your hand or washcloth. Massage into skin with smooth, circular motions. This restores hydration while maintaining skin’s natural pH.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Gently pat your skin dry, avoiding harsh towels and follow with your favorite body lotion or body oil while skin is still slightly damp to lock in moisture.
