East London based artist and student nurse Mimi Dickson creates miniature works using illustration and collage to celebrate a feeling of home, and how each of us seek to create this in our own individual way. From Sunday evening egg and soldiers to champagne and oysters for date night, Mimi delights in creating tiny scenes that invoke a feeling of joy and comfort, because it's these every day scenes and rituals that we often take for granted, that really mean so much.
