Canasuc
Pierre Bosc-Bierne, founder of Canasuc, discovered the candy stick in the early 1990s. He fell in love with this shiny object, which replaces the spoon in hot drinks, and had the idea of adapting it to espresso. Canasuc takes shape and creates a range of innovative decorative and molded sugars. The process is entirely made in France, where the ingredients are shaped by hand.
