As soon as you feel the need, apply a few drops of Monthly Release to the lower abdomen, hips, and lower back. Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed. Use up to 3 times a day during peak pain for optimal relief.
External use only. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes (nose or mouth). Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if epileptic, have convulsion history, or hypersensitivity to essential oils. Not suitable for children under the age of 3. It is always best to carry out a skin patch test.
The purple glass creates a protective barrier against the sun's UVB radiations which preserves the vitality and quality of the oils.
