Fragonard is a French Fragrance House founded by Eugene Fuchs in 1926 in Grasse, the heart of Provence in the South of France. He named Parfumerie Fragonard after the famous Grasse-born painter, Jean-Honoré Fragonard, and as a tribute to his beloved town of Grasse.
