An effective hydrating facial serum formed with only plant-based ingredients using hydrosols of pesticide-free Hamanasu old rose from Japan. Hamanasu flowers are rich in Vitamin C & Polyphenols, which effectively regulate collagen synthesis and prevent wrinkles and spots. It can be used as a moisturizing facial serum after a facial toner, then follow with a face cream. Makes a practical make-up primer.
