Madhur Jaggery
Use the jaggery to sweeten your cups of chai and haldi doodh, and for other drinks, baked goods, and more! Given that jaggery has a high molasses content (AKA the nutritious brown stuff that is usually pulled out of sugar during the refining process), expect a deep, rich flavor that comes in clutch when you're subbing it in for any sugars.

Chai Masala
Chai Masala does not contain tea, but its mix of warming spices like cinnamon, green cardamom, and ginger make it ideal for spicing up cakes, snickerdoodles, and other baked goods.

Madhur Jaggery
Use as a 1:1 swap for light or brown sugar in both sweet and savory recipes.

Mix 11⁄2 teaspoons sumac, 1 teaspoon powdered Guntur Sannam Chillies, 1⁄2 teaspoon jaggery, and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.

Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup jaggery in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool, transfer to a bottle, and refrigerate for up to 1 month. Use for cocktails, sweetening your morning coffee, or other drinks.

Golden Milk
Combine 1 cup milk of your choice with 1 tsp this blend in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.

Bloom 2 to 3 tsp of this blend in the milk of your choice, let cool, and use in your fave overnight oats or chia pudding recipe.

Add 1 to 2 tbsp of the blend to 1 chopped onion after sautéing to bloom, then add 1 can coconut milk for an easy gravy for fish and seafood.

Chai Masala
Add a heaping spoonful of Chai Masala to your coffee grounds before brewing.

While ground, the spices can create a little sediment, so strain for the smoothest cup of masala chai.
