This blend combines fresh whole spices with flavorful CTC black tea - the tea you'd find in cups of chai across the Indian subcontinent.
Spicy-sweet with cardamom, warm with ginger, and fragrant with fennel, this mix makes a truly spice-forward, classic cup of chai!

Combine ¾ cup milk of your choice, ¾ cup water, 1 tablespoon Masala Chai Blend, and your desired sweetener in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
Steep 1 tablespoon of the blend per 2 cups liquid (like milk or cream) for desserts like ice cream, crème brûlée, and panna cotta.
Place 1½ cups chopped fruit of your choice and 3 tablespoons Masala Chai Blend in a 2-liter glass jar, muddle, add 6 cups cold water, and mix. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours. Strain and enjoy chilled or over ice.
