A beautiful gift to truly support anyone going through a hard time, this matchbox will inspire and delight with its cute little worry doll and tried and tested stress management tips. All presented in an adorable matchbox, and the message: I'm here to help.

Measures approx.: 2" L x 0.5" W x 1.25" H.

The worry doll is part of the spiritual historical culture of the Mayan people and continues to be an important symbol, used to help alleviate worry and stress. This doll has been sourced directly from Guatemala, working with and supporting local artisans, many of whom are women.

The mindfulness techniques include Box Breathing, a powerful exercise that immediately helps with anxiety issues, Think Inside The Box, practical ways to manage your worries and Box Stepping, the dance exercise for everyone including those with two left feet.
Marvling Bros Ltd began as a school competition in 2010, when the head mistress of the school challenged students to see how much could fit into a matchbox. One mother (Hayley) was completely inspired by the challenge.

Two years later, Emma approached her friend Hayley with a business proposition to sell the creative matchboxes online. They launched their business in 2013 and gradually developed an entire array of creative items in matchboxes. Their goal is to provide inspiration, and they are doing quite well with it!
