This bar came into existence from the Meyer lemon tree flourishing in Marisa Favata’s (Superfine founder) grandma’s sunroom. Blending two of her greatest loves—chocolate and her garden—each bite brings the bright, floral essence of lemon into harmony with smooth, creamy white chocolate. Just like grandma used to make! Kinda.

Marisa Favata is a classically trained pastry chef whose work celebrates nostalgia, craftsmanship, and the beauty of simple ingredients. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, she refined her skills in the kitchens of Ron Ben-Israel Cakes, Gramercy Tavern, and Per Se before founding Superfine in New York City. Her chocolates reflect her love of local ingredients, and belief that the smallest details make the greatest impact.
