NOTO’s multi-purpose makeup stick is made with organic ingredients that act as skincare first, repairing your skin and lips, while adding long-lasting color. A red lip and cheek tint that’s not only beautiful, but also food for the skin and senses with organic ingredients that act as skincare first.
Twist up the tint stick and draw on where you’d like a pop of color. You can buff it out with your fingertip or a brush for a more soft flush, or layer on for full opacity. Add a bit of balm for a juicy, sheer finish, or tap off a bit of excess with a tissue for a more stained look.
