You can use L'Artisan Brossier brushes on wet hair. It is recommended to detangle your wet hair with gentle movements, as described above, and allowing your brush to air dry after use.
Maintenance:
First, gently remove any hair and particles that may accumulate between the boar bristles, being careful not to pull them out. You can do this with your fingers or a comb.
Then, for a deep clean, use lukewarm water and add a few drops of mild shampoo to the brush. Gently massage the bristles by rubbing them against the palm of your hand, then rinse thoroughly with clear water.
Finally, make sure not to completely immerse the brush in water to avoid damage, and let it air dry naturally, bristles down, away from any heat source.
