Barely milky, as delicate as a perfumed lotion. When applied to body and hands, Eau Rose lotion brings unknown facets of the fragrance to life.
At the heart of the composition lies an infusion of flowers nuanced with green, almost lemony accents - a bit like a duo of dormant petals and leaves, activated by the addition of a citrus zest. Made in France.
The Fragrance Gestures draw their inspiration from the history of perfume, reinventing textures to offer a new approach to personal scenting. It is a way to make the invisible sensual, and the ethereal tangible. Each of the gestures - eau de toilette, perfume oil, body mist, body balm and hand cream - has a specific concentrate designed to offer the best olfactory rendering depending on its formulation. With its high concentration, it can often be used alone depending on the moment and the mood. Matter becomes scent, scent becomes matter...
This fine lotion is full of contrasts. Barely milky, like a lotion, it lies nonchalantly on the skin, murmuring its little song of softness. But under its delicate tune, it brings unknown facets of the fragrance to life. The rose infusion is nuanced by particularly sharp, almost lemony, accents. The rose’s green notes can also be perceived, as if the zest of a citrus fruit had awakened a duet of slumbering petals and leaves.
For a scent to last all day long, the skin should be well hydrated. It is the secret to an enduring trail.

Free-spirited adventurers, Diptyque’s trio of founders have traveled all around the world, returning home with memories, fragrances, aspirations and inspiration…All the things that have now become part of the brand’s universe.
The Diptyque story began in Paris at 34 boulevard Saint-Germain with, at its heart, three friends driven by the same creative passion. Christiane Gautrot was an interior designer, Desmond Knox-Leet, a painter, and Yves Coueslant, a theater director and set designer. The first two collaborated designing fabrics and wallpaper for Liberty and Sanderson.
The collection of personal fragrances, skincare and home fragrances are imprinted with a distinctive and particular olfactory signature. The creations express themselves in unusual ways to delight loyal and initiated fans and enlightened novices.
"This is one of my favorite Fiptyque scents and also one of my favorite rose scents. The cream is so soothing even for sensitive, dry skin and I love using it on my hands before bed. This one was a gift for my mom. Love the Valentines Day packaging and the affordable payments from Beauty Habit!!"
