"I like Mason Pearson combs and brushes, and own a larger mixed-bristle brush and two combs (all 20+ years old and like new). I've let my thick, fine-medium hair grow (it's just below shoulder-length) and trying to comb it after shampooing has been a bit of a nightmare, despite using leave-in detanglers. So I treated myself to this brush. Wow! This brush went through my hair like a hot knife through butter. I had one trouble spot, but pulling it away from my head and using this brush did the trick in no time. I am absolutely astonished. I thought the pocket-size might be too small, but it's turned out to be perfect. I'm in love and am delighted not to have to use detanglers and spend ten minutes trying to get the tangles out of my hair when just out of the shower. If your hair is like mine, just get it. You won't regret it."
