After cleansing, pour Toner 27 (4 to 5 drops) into the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad. Pat onto clean, dry skin over the entire face. Allow Toner 27 to absorb, then wait a few moments before applying your serum and moisturizer. Use morning and evening.
