Flamingo Estate's Olive Oil is the backbone of this duo. It was harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer. Phil’s trees were grown from cuttings taken from some of the oldest and most renowned Olive groves in Europe. It contains our famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes. Perfect for dipping, finishing, roasting, and baking.
