"Found this to be disappointing for a vanilla patchouli style fragrance. Seems rather synthetic and has a strange herbal undertone, at least on my skin. For a really good vanilla patch I prefer Bohemian Reves Desert Fleur."

"In search of the not too sweet, not too weird--vanilla. Gothic I caused a sensation in my household. I was given 'permission' to wear it every night!! This fragrance is one of the most exciting. The vanilla is very natural, and accented beautifully by base notes. It projects better than most vanillas. I do not know what the heck is going on here, but it moves my entire body and delights me. A new level of sexy. A new level of elegant. I have about eight vanillas, and this one is among the best."
