• Use the brow perfector brush end of the Waterproof Brow Definer to brush the eyebrow downwards, exposing the hairline (the origin from where the brow hair grows).
• Set the START, ARCH and END points. These will serve as a frame to define your natural bone structure.
• With the color end (Ash Blond/Oak Brown) of the Waterproof Brow Definer fill in the exposed root of the brow, shaping as naturally as you can. Use the START, ARCH and END points as your guide. Brush the hair up and fill in areas that look sparse, using short upward strokes.
