1. In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) of mix & 3/4 cup (6 oz) of milk of choice.
2. Over medium heat, bring to simmer while stirring occasionally.
3. When it reaches a simmer (bubbles around the edge), simmer and whisk vigorously for 15 sec to incorporate.
4. Pour into mug. Let sit one minute to thicken. Enjoy!
