Hot Cakes has two dessert restaurants in Seattle, WA, and a line of organic confections! All of desserts are made with organic ingredients in small batches. These dry-burned caramel sauces are made in a large copper pot with their sauce maker stirring every step of the way. And the smoked chocolate? That's cold-smoked over alder wood for 8 hours, and will turn your chocolate chip cookies from good to sophisticated. Hot Cakes can't wait to share their passion with you!
