Marble and Milkweed cleansing grains are gentle enough for everyday use and full of soothing botanicals, but as with any product that's new to you, try a small patch test first to ensure its compatibility with your skin.
Always dip into your grains with a clean, dry spoon to extend their lifespan. Add a tiny bit of water or hydrosol to a small spoonful of cleansing grains in your palm to make a paste. Massage onto wet skin, then rinse with warm water.

To use as a masque, simply mix as directed, massage onto skin and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Marble & Milkweed is inspired by the poetry inherent in any well-crafted thing.

The scientific name of milkweed's genus is Asclepius, named after the Greek god of medicine and healing. In Hindu mythology it is believed that the universe was created by a god drunk on the milky white juices of the plant. Today, milkweed is the primary source of food for the monarch butterfly.

Disarmingly analog and made carefully by hand, Marble & Milkweed products are designed to simplify the way you care for yourself. Their deep commitment to sourcing organic and fair-trade ingredients sets them apart in a market increasingly crowded with so-called "all-natural" options. Their products are gentle and contain no harsh synthetic additives or artificial scents. They are conscious of the impact their packaging has on the environment and strive to reduce unnecessary packaging. They use glass bottles and jars, and compostable paper packaging, all of which can have lives beyond their first use. Taking good care of yourself truly goes hand in hand with caring for the planet.
