This serving tray has been designed for BLU KAT in collaboration with Swedish illustrator Carin Ahlberg Giddings.
It is hand crafted in Sweden according to a traditional method using FSC-certified birch veneer. Every tray consists of several layers of veneer, which can be seen on the edge, the layers are glued together and then laminated for durability.
The FSC® label guarantees that the wood material comes from responsibly grown forests.
Birch veneer is a natural material and since each tray is crafted by hand, small variations in color and pattern placement may occur.
