The Scent of Departure
Snapshots of the most spectacular cities in the world captured in just a few bottles of perfume.
While surrounded by an environment of international air travel, Globetrotter– perfumer Gérald Ghislain and Magali Sénéquier – designer - first jotted down his initial drafts for The Scent of Departure. Indiana Jones-dressed in tweed and sneakers and driven by their epicurean curiosity to experience the four corners of the planet, both found themselves fascinated by the idea of ubiquitousness.
The scents come in slender bottles recalling the familiar three-letter tag that accompanies bags as one travels to the other side of the world. Close your eyes; you are already far away.
