Fleur et Coeur is based on domino paper. The "Title" box is blank for your use and is highlighted with gold foil accent bars.

Notebook measures 5 1/4" x 8 1/4" and has 48 ruled pages.

Papers like this would be printed one at a time on a hand press on hand carved wooden blocks. The Block would have been inked with a thin paste-based ink, the paper laid on top, and the pressure applied would be from a barren or a muller.

These block printed papers use archival oil-based inks, and are placed in a press. Essentially the process is the same, with a few alterations.
They are letterpress printed in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Papillon Press uses Neenah Cotton for the block printed designs, and interior sheets are from French Paper Co.
Notebooks are letterpress printed and labels are hand-stamped in-house, and all items include a belly band.

Printed on 70# Text Paper in the United States of America.
Papillon Press is Vernon and Madeleine, a father/daughter printmaking, stationery, and design business based in the Midwest. They started in 2017 with the dream of renewing historical patterns, and have expanded to create many of those, and many of their own original designs! These patterns and images are then made into art prints, greeting cards, notebooks and more, often using a century-old letterpress.

There is one main priority at Papillon Press, and that is making the world a better place. They try to do that in two main ways, bringing beauty into the world, and doing so in a way that doesn't harm the earth or the people in it. Papillon uses sustainable methods of production, and tries to reduce as much waste as they can, which means they also use recycled and biodegradable materials. Papillon sources their items from businesses that are environmentally ethical and pay their employees a fair and living wage.
