- Dream Cheeks Crème Blush can be applied with fingers-or a dense cream blush/foundation brush.
- Gently swirl your finger in the product to warm up and activate the cream-or dab your brush along the top of the compact.
- Lightly tap the highly pigmented blush onto the desired areas to achieve a flushed result.
- Blend out until the desired level of blurring is achieved.
