Unlike large-area vanilla pastes, vanilla supreme is an exceptional product, the most powerful of all from an aromatic point of view. Its aromatic power is so intense, so precise, that today it tends to steal the spotlight with whole pods from the greatest chefs.
It consists of a clever blend of vanilla beans and a powerful bourbon vanilla concentrate. The vanilla beans used for its preparation come exclusively from Madagascar.
Unlike vanilla beans, caviar does not need to be heated or macerated to diffuse its aromas.
Just add a few grams to your preparation with a teaspoon, and you're done.
The suggested dosage is 0.2 to 0.3%, or only 2 to 3 grams per liter of preparation.
Vanilla supreme is ideal for all your sweet preparations: cakes, custards, creams, yogurts, ice creams, cookies and other desserts.
Not recommended in savory dishes, for which entire vanilla beans will be a better match.
