The ultimate bedtime hero to spritz and breathe. A sweet, fruity and fresh blend using 100% natural fragrance with 11 pure essential oils including chamomile nectar, a twist of spicy ylang ylang and soothing cedarwood. All expertly blended and chosen to help you relax and prepare for sleep.
Spray a few spritzes before bed onto your body and pillow. Lie back and breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth, slowly, for 11 seconds. Mist can be used every evening before bed.
