Anchor Balm

Anchor works by calming an overactive nervous system, relaxing and soothing your mind. One for light sleepers, Anchor slips you back into a calm state, letting sleep envelope you once more. The base oil combines a bespoke blend of herbs, watermelon seed oil and passionflower oil to maximise the absorption of vitamins and minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc and B Vitamins that are essential for quality sleep. Together with the essential oils, this potent blend anchors your being and brings forth a calm and tranquil slumber.

Warm a small amount of the Anchor balm in your hands, place over your nose and breathe deeply for a minimum of 3 breaths. Anoint inside your wrists and décolleté to allow the balm to work and release any tension which you are holding.

Precautions: Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Do not take internally. Keep out of reach of children. During pregnancy use on a tissue, not directly on skin. Store away from light and heat.
