You may initially feel tired after the bath from the release of toxins, but
generally feel more energized and brighter later due to the elimination of
Pour 2 to 4 ounces of Detox Bath under hot running water. Dissolve salts
in bath water before soaking. Soak for as long as is comfortable for you.
We suggest 20 minutes as the minimum soaking time. Following the bath,
replenish the body by drinking 1-2 large glasses of water and/or a freshly
juiced ‘green drink’.
