Directions:
Rub down with the liniment at night before going to bed and apply a cold Les Chochottes pad to relieve sport and night cramps.

Use an occlusive dressing* if necessary.

*Occlusive dressing: Apply a small dab of liniment on the painful area. Cover with a very thin paper (such as a tissue) and wrap up with a transparent plastic film.

Caution:
NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 6. This product has passed skin tests.

Water, Calcium Hydroxide, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba Oil), Arnica Montana, Bertholettia Excelsa ( Castanha Do Parà), Linum Usitatissinum (Flax Seed Oil), Cera Alba, Astrocaryum Vulgare, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dehydroacetic Acid (DHA) & Benzyl Alcohol, Gaultheria Procumbens, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Litsea Cubeba and ingredients naturally present in essential oils such as Limonene and Citronellal.
