This Les Chochottes balsam provides a soothing warmness when applied on painful areas, thanks to the presence of arnica, ginger and camphor that improves blood flow and energy circulation. It can be applied on musculo-skeletal painful areas of the body, temples for headaches, to the chest, neck and back in order to clear the respiratory tracts.

Balsam is not too creamy, not too firm, but is just the right consistency to enable a good (“sanding”*) massage-friction.

*Sanding: small elliptic movements made preferably with the tip of the fingers, grabbing the skin and the muscles.

Directions:
To relieve headaches: Apply a small dab of ointment on the temples and in the curve of the neck.

To clear respiratory tracts: Apply on chest, neck, back and at the base of the nostrils.
