Paul & Joe mixed in just the right amount of their SECRET D�fOR formula, a combination of several select varieties of champagne gold frost, each possessing a different overtone and a sparkle that varies subtly depending on the angle you view it from. This produces a sheer, highly translucent shimmer. Also, by adding more generous quantities of frost than is found in conventional eye shadow, they gave it a texture that�fs velvety soft.
