Directions:
For daily care: After cleansing skin, dispense two or three drops of oil into palm of hand, then smooth gently over the skin.

For Special Care:
Once or twice a week, after cleansing the skin, dispense two or three drops of oil into palm of hand, then smooth massage over the skin. Gently tissue off the remainder.

For Body Care:
Concentrate on problem areas, such as the elbows, knees, heels etc. lightly smoothing in until the oil is completely absorbed.
