Cautions -
Essential oils are very concentrated and should be used with care. With the exception of lavender, tea tree and peppermint, they should not be applied to the skin without first being mixed and diluted with water, alcohol, vegetable oil or milk. Essential oils should never be taken internally. Most oils enhance the bath, but use no more than 6-8 drops for an adult and 1-3 drops for children. Consider a mix with a teaspoon of vegetable or olive oil and stir in well. Soak yourself for 10 minutes while inhaling the vapors.
