Patients with infectious diseases

External injuries, such as cuts
The eyeball and its surroundings
The eyelids and within 1cm thereof
Parts in direct contact with bone, such as the knees, elbows, etc.
The center of the throat
Parts where the skin is inflamed from excessive sun burn
Dermatitis due to cosmetics
Blemishes that are flushed or itchy
Abnormal spot due to a physical force or abrasion
People who have enlarged capillaries due to prolonged steroid hormone use or damage to liver function
