Directions:
With a moistened cotton pad, delicately wipe the entire face, starting with the neck. This will ensure that the cotton pad does not irritate the skin as well as economize the product: it stays on the surface of the moistened cotton pad, rather than being absorbed by it. If necessary, remove any excess with a tissue.
