Marie-Helene Rogeon was born into a family of perfume makers. She learned to distinguish the beauty and quality of perfumes at a tender age. As a very small child, she admired the ephemeral and outstanding Rosine perfumes by Paul Poiret in her grandparents' collection.
In 1991, after fifteen years of marketing and after launching many perfumes for Givenchy, Jean Deprez and Pierre Balmain, Marie-Helene decided to live out her own experience and create her own perfume company. The discreet alliance that Parfums de Rosine had developed with the Rose was to become a public affair with the launch of each new rose fragrance.
