Your order is sent by either UPS, DHL, or USPS as we determine how it is to be shipped based upon delivery distance, weight, contents and other factors.


USA Holiday Shipping Details:

To ensure your package arrives by December 25nd, please complete your order before the following dates:

UPS Ground - Order BEFORE MIDNIGHT PST DEC. 16
UPS 3 Day - Order BEFORE 1 pm PST DEC. 19
UPS 2nd Day Air - Order BEFORE 1 pm PST DEC. 20
UPS Overnight - Order BEFORE 1 pm PST DEC. 21*

**Second Day and Overnight Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

P.O. Box and U.S. Territories addresses For orders being shipped to P.O. Box and U.S. Territories addresses please place your order online or by phone by 3:00 PM PST on December 12, 2007 for delivery by the 25th*. All shipments to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories are shipped via Standard Service United States Postal Service.

Priority Mail - Order before MIDNIGHT PST DEC. 15th
Parcel Post - Order before 1 pm PST DEC. 12th

Priority Mail Service: Order by December 15th MIDNIGHT PST for delivery by December 25th for ALL states & P.O. Boxes. (Excluding ALASKA & HAWAII -- please use UPS 2 DAY)

APO addresses may take longer based on destination.

No hazardous materials (containing alcohol or pressurized products) are allowed.

Delivery of international shipments cannot be guaranteed before Christmas. For UPS & DHL shipping options, please contact us for a cost quote based upon weight of package.

We do require a signature on delivery on orders that total $150 or more however - it is up to the UPS drivers discretion and orders under $150 may require one if he/she cannot find a safe location to leave a package. In these cases, a note will be left and they will try again the next day. We can deliver to your work address as well for safety and security of your package!

We will do everything we can to make your holiday a successful one. Don't forget... we will gift wrap your items and ship them directly to the recipient! You can even place your note to the recipient in our comments area upon checkout and we will include your gift message.
